Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

•       Standard shipping: 5-7 business days

•       Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather. Shea Theory is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website when available.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Shea Theory product. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

•       Email contact@sheatheoryco.com with your order number and reason for return

•       We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

•       Items must be returned unused and in original condition

•       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@sheatheoryco.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

•       Opened or used products

•       Products not in original packaging
